law # 2
law's are not held up to interpretation. if this was true there would be so much chaos that there would not really be such things as laws. certain crimes are different than others. such as stealing a hot wheel car is different than stealing an actual car. law is kind of like controlled scribbles if that makes sense to you. every crime is different but they are all held to the same boundaries to a certain existent. so like for instance the difference between murder and self defense. they both need to be examined and interpreted differently by different judges and juries. so to put it short there are certain absolutes in laws but the only thing that is left up to interpretation is the means in which the defendant is published.
